Once a staple in television variety shows and pop music concerts, go-go dancing is making a comeback as a lively and fun alternative to "serious" dance and exercise classes. It's easy to pick up, and each move is sure to bring a smile to your face. Tina will start with a warmup, go over some basic go-go steps, and then get into the choreography: by the end of the workshop, you'll have an entire go-go routine to dazzle your friends — plus, you'll be sweating from great, full-body movement!
Wear exercise attire or loose clothing, dance in bare feet, jazz shoes, or tennis shoes. No experience necessary! Ages 13 & up welcome.
