In the age of social media, ideological echo chambers pose the greatest threat to society, but J. Lindsay Brown Dance (JLB Dance) is ready to break some bubbles. Out of the Echo Chamber enlightens and entertains by challenging the preconceived conventions and traditional artistic processes of Chicago's artists and audiences. JLB Dance has assembled a coalition of choreographers and creators who dare to think differently, to jump outside of their comfort zones, and forge a performance that is truly extraordinary. In 90 minutes, they will give voice to the overlooked, the unheard, and the forgotten, and challenge the audience—and themselves—to identify and challenge their own status quo. These performances are sponsored in part by Performing Arts Limited and Chicago DanzTheatre Ensemble.
