The ancient Chinese practice of Qi Gong cultivates your mind, breath, and movement. In this beginning practice class, focus your concentration and control your body while continuing to learn basic movements and practicing them in succession.
This intermediate class will focus on development of technique and fluidity of movement. The floor warm-up will help the student increase strength and flexibility while the stylized combinations will challenge the dancer to improve musicality and coordination.
