McAninch Arts Center at the College of DuPage

Since the center opened in October 1986, its initial season and each of its succeeding seasons have left lasting memories on more than one million audience members. The McAninch Arts Center houses three theaters: the 793-seat Mainstage, where no seat is more than 16 rows, or 75 feet, from the stage; Theatre 2, a 195-seat hall featuring a “soft thrust” stage; and the Studio Theatre, a versatile, black-box performance space. Adjacent to the Mainstage lobby is the Gahlberg Gallery, a 90’ x 25’ space for visual art exhibition.
