Event Description

Friday, April 14 | 9:30 - 11am

Ways of Responding with Adriana Durant.

In Ways of Responding, we will pay attention to what we are paying attention to and respond intentionally. We will include our personalities in our dancing to label a variety of responses to specific situations. Attuning our attention to memories, associations, emotions, and imaginations become an endless supply of information to play with, develop, or distort. We will practice responding to ourselves, each other, and the ever-shifting environment as honestly and skillfully as possible.
