A fantastic experience for the whole family, Belteshazzar: A Perilous Tale brings the Biblical story of Daniel to the stage in a classical production of dramatic proportions with original choreography by Ballet 5:8 Artistic Director Julianna Slager and Benjamin Britten’s classical score originally used for Prince of the Pagodas. Featuring kings and kingdoms, royal egos, unfathomable dangers and mysterious dreams, the ballet takes audiences to the ancient Middle East for a wild ride alongside the young Daniel and his unwavering integrity. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience the fierce strength and deep emotion of Ballet 5:8’s nine professional company artists in this riveting production.

Belteshazzar Royal Reception 

All ticket holders - and especially younger guests - are invited to stay after the performance for a Royal Reception with characters from the ballet. At this grand event suitable for all ages, guests will be able to meet Daniel, King Nebuchadnezzar and King Darius, dressed in full costume from the ballet! Guests will be able to pose for photos with the dancers and ask any of their questions about Belteshazzar. Any and all questions are welcome.
