DASHING DECEMBER-$10 Graham-based Modern with Merrick Mitchell

All classes begin with floor work to help dancers understand and discover body center and appendages control in order to utilize the body as a unit of movement. This process continues with standing center work and progressions across the floor. The contraction and release principles are used throughout the entire class exercises. Beginning level classes are introduced to the Graham syllabus and vocabulary.
