Calling all intrepid movers! Revive your "locked-up"
body with easy to follow fun low impact movement.
Liquid Strength Voyaging will develop your
flexibility, strength, structural alignment (posture)
and reduce the risk of overuse injuries. Using
"Active - Isolated Strength & Stretching" and
Functional Mobility/NeuroMyoFascia" techniques,
Jennifer's class will increase your Range of Motion
(ROM) and joint stability with less applied stress
than other popular stretching methods. All bodies
encouraged. Prior dance training not required. For
