Moving from the Inside Out

Event Type
Workshop
Event Description

Moving from the Inside Out is movement research that is reliant on body knowledge before self-diagnosed cognitive prejudice to develop movement vocabulary. Students will engage in movement activities that restore openness in the discovery of movement from their bodies. This method of learning requires engaging with sensations from the body to motivate movement. It is not technically driven but demands attention and willingness from participants.
