All Pilates Practice instructors are certified by Romana's Pilates™ and True Pilates of New York™, both of which preserve the original body conditioning methods devised by Joseph Pilates. Each client receives the highest quality instruction and care by experienced trainers, tailored to meet individual needs and experience levels.
