Julia and Jonathan's combined somatic practices and movement explorations will set the tone for an easeful week spent on the lovely wooden floors of IBCC's auditorium in West Ridge, Chicago. Come ready to settle your body and open into new possibilities of connection and embodiment. This is a week for unfolding subtle sensory worlds, practices of touch, and nuanced micro-movement responses.
* All particpants must be vaccinated for COVID-19 in order to attend. We will also be requiring masks for the entire series regardless of vaccination status.
