South Chicago Dance Theatre’s Black History Month performance is an interactive concert paying homage to the importance of African Americans to the cultural landscape of the United States. This celebratory evening features jazz, contemporary and modern dance and concludes with SCDT’s signature work Architect of a Dream, to the words of the notorious Martin Luther King “I Have a Dream” speech.
