This work uses embodied research to track the exploration of curiosity drawing parallels between institutional and societal imprisonment. As a call to action, we pose this line of inquiry: How are we as humans wired to survive mentally, physically, spiritually, and culturally? How does our individual methods for survival interrupt our ability to express humanity and grow community?
