The Old Town School of Folk Music seeks part-time Children’s Dance Instructors to join our substitute teacher list. Instructors should be able to teach a variety of classes. Days and times are varied. Instructor will provide music and support materials as needed in order to implement fun, effective, and age-appropriate activities. May lead to scheduled opportunities in our Children's program.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Three years experience teaching children.
- Bachelor's degree in dance.
- Firm grasp of creative movement, ballet, and jazz technique.
- Ability to communicate clearly with students and parents.
- Energy, patience, and creativity.
