Season Ticket Sales Agent

We are building a staff of ambitious, energetic telephone sales agents to sell season ticket packages for The Joffrey Ballet's 2018-2019 season. The team makes outbound calls to Joffrey patrons with the goal of increasing the Joffrey's subscription base. Do you easily make conversation? Have non-profit experience? Let us know why you'd be the next sales star for The Joffrey Ballet!

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• An appreciation of the arts is preferred (complimentary tickets available to all staff).
• Immediate start. Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
• Flexible schedule is perfect for graduate students, actors, and artists of all kinds.
• Friendly environment, conveniently located in downtown Chicago.
