Overview

Fulton Street Collective is dedicated to the development of artists and the artistic community. Through private and shared studios, exhibition space, diverse public programs and performances, FSC creates an environment that incubates artistic vision and provides access to necessary tools and resources to help artists thrive.

Founded in 2002 by singer-songwriters Anna Fermin and Joe, the Fulton Street Collective grew out of a small rehearsal room in the corner of a print-shop business. Today, FSC features 28 artist studios, a gallery exhibition space, and more than 2500 square feet of resident and shared members’ space. Spanning two floors, the facility houses studios of emerging and established Chicago artists and creative professionals. FSC members work in a variety of disciplines including painting, sculpture, mixed media, photography, glass, digital media, dance, performance art, and fashion design.
