Through simple dance exercises, playful tasks, informal conversation, and physical improvisation, this movement based workshop hosted by CoisCéim Dance Theatre's Philippa Donnellan in conjunction with (Re)Public offers opportunity for you to explore your story and share life experiences with other women. In a creative, thought-provoking process, which seeks to investigate the embodied nature of these experiences and questions how, as women we can tell our stories, you will be free to invent and perform different choreographies and new narratives of your own choosing.

The program is best suited for women 18-70+. Participants should come wearing comfortable clothes and shoes.
