This advanced contemporary modern class combines contemporary release-based movement, mid-century modern techniques,  functional/athletic movement training, improvisation, and somatic practices.  Floor, standing, and inversion exercises progress into dynamic phrases enhancing the awareness of internal/external sensations to elevate alignment, articulation, agility, endurance, resilience, and overall presence.
