Bria Murphy is an American Council on Exercise Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Weight Management, Senior Fitness Specialist, and Professional Dancer. Bria is the Founder, Artistic and Fitness Director of BriaFit Dance & Wellness. The BriaFit Complete Workout is a fabulous 1-hour fitness class that includes 20 minutes of exciting dance routines to increase your heart rate in order to burn fat; 20 minutes of toning exercises to strengthen muscles; and 20 minutes of stretching with deep breathing to relax and reduce stress.  Dance routines and fitness movements can be modified to meet the needs of all ages and levels.  Beginning Monday, January 15, 2024 in-person classes will be held from 6:00pm – 7:00pm CT at the Maggie Daley Park Fieldhouse 337 E Randolph St., Chicago, IL 60601.
