This class will start with a unique dance fitness fusion warm up lead by one of the company's outreach instructors, Dylan Roth. You'll learn a bit about the students CRDT works with and try something new yourself! Then, Associate Artistic Director, Raphaelle Ziemba, will lead movement composition exercises, where you will be able to create your own dance moves! Finally, Artistic Director Wilfredo Rivera will take over the class to give you a taste of their special blend of enthusiasm and energy!

Afterward, gather with the artists and your classmates for a brown bag lunch to talk about the company and dance classes at the American Rhythm Center. Share your ideas and feedback and get to know this exciting music and dance organization!
