Company Class (Intermediate / Advanced Modern Dance)
Wednesdays, May 6 thu June 3 (5 weeks)
(If all goes well, we'll continue thru the summer!)

This class is for experienced dancers, ages 14 to 90.
All classes are on Facebook Live: https://www.facebook.com/winifredhaundancers/

Class begins with a warm-up and a few yoga sun salutations.  We then progress to Graham based floor work, where we focus on strenghthening and stretch the torso.  Then, we stand and do plies, tendus, degages, simple combinations, and jumps.

The pace is quick (there's not a lot of explanation), and presumes that you can follow Graham technique and and other exercises.
