Consider your commute with a fresh perspective; “Crosswalk Dances” enliven and connect the six corners of the Lincoln/Southport/Wellington junction. Contemporary dancers wearing individual speakers transform the six-corner intersection into a chorus as they move in tandem with pedestrians, dancing at each corner and through the countdown crosswalks.

Each performance will last approximately 25 minutes. There are a variety of outdoor seating options at the site. The closest CTA access includes buses #9, #76, #77, and the Wellington Brown Line stop. Paid parking is available on the street or in the Athenaeum Theatre lot.
