Embrace Healing, Transformation, and Renewal Through Movement
Join Nejla Yatkin, for a special New Year Dance Workshop honoring the Year of the Snake—a symbol of transformation, wisdom, and healing.
In this immersive experience, we will explore the graceful, fluid, and grounded movements inspired by the snake. Together, we will:
• Awaken the Goddess Within: Connect to your inner power and intuitive wisdom through embodied movement.
• Shed the Old, Welcome the New: Release stagnant energy and old patterns while creating space for transformation and renewal.
• Embrace Healing Through Dance: Use breath, spirals, and flowing movements to cultivate a sense of deep healing and balance.
This workshop is open to all levels and welcomes everyone seeking a powerful start to the Year of the Snake. Through guided movement, reflection, and shared energy, we will dance our way into a year of clarity, growth, and empowerment. Let us move together, shedding the past and stepping boldly into the transformative energy of the new year.
