DanceForce is a rigorous, comprehensive training program for dance students (15+), professional aspirants, and early-career dancers. Programming includes classes in a variety of dance techniques, DanceWorks Chicago repertory, mentorship sessions, artistic coaching, specialty seminars, tell-it-like-it-is professional development sessions, and informal public showings in the Ruth Page Theater.
From previous Dance360 Dancers:

"Connecting with a diverse dancer population became more important to me as the program went on. I was thrilled to get to dance with dancers from all over the country and from such a strong, supportive community. I will definitely keep in touch with the dancers I met through the program!

“Just the gesture of having a mental health seminar itself was extremely impactful. Not enough organizations care enough about the mental health of their dancers.”

Faculty features DWC Artistic Director Julie Nakagawa, Dance360 Program Director Sara Bibik, current and former DWC dancers, and MORE!
