This class is for all ages – both professional dancers and those new to dance! In this class we will move through ways of being nimble with our impulses. We’ll move between writing and dancing as we identify and address our patterns of movement. We’ll dance with the questions we have about the current conditions of ourselves, our communities, and our world.
