The Fly Honey Show’s lead Choreography Team (Erin Kilmurray, Alyssa Gregory, Kasey Alfonso) are teaching virtual dance workshops to keep our bodies and spirits moving and flapping while we’re stuck at home.

are hour long dance workshops with The Fly Honey choreo team via instagram live, sure to help you shake off your COVID blues. We will briefly warm up together and then focus on breaking down and practicing choreography from the Honey Ensemble. This material is playful, makes you break a sweat and designed with lots of wiggle room for each individual dancer to adjust as needed. Each week we will introduce new material, so you can join us for both workshops to catch up or practice along with us! ⁠

// ADVANCED LEVEL WORKSHOPS //
are recommended to dancers who have a few years of practice in their bodies. This material is athletic, textured, moves quickly, and includes floor work. We will briefly warm up together and then focus on tackling choreography from the Honey Cast. This workshop will be 1.5 hours and held on Zoom, in order to allow space + time for dancers to learn at their own pace while directly engaging with the teacher. Registration is on our website.
