Indeterminate & Entangled is a movement research project by Alia Simon Montijo that embodies principles of quantum physics.
The purpose of the movement research is to investigate knowledge of the nature of electrons in order to explore choreographic development of movement and considerations of choreographic form. In respect to the performance environment and audience, the secondary motivation for the performance is to heighten the visual experience of the spectator in order to highlight the conscious construct of perception and draw attention to the pathways of visual contextualization that centers the act of perception on the perceiver and not the perceived.
