Explore integrative techniques with founder/director Ellice Patterson of Abilities Dance Boston (ADB). Through a warm up and improvisational exercises, we'll create phrases inspired by the diverse bodies in the room and the spirit of possibilities in inclusivity, accompanied by original compositions from ADB's Director of Music.
