Nasty Brutish & Short returns! This late night, adult-only cabaret is packed with Contemporary short-form puppet and object based theater. Providing a low-risk environment for artists to perform new and experimental work, this puppet jam fosters an artistic exchange between puppet artists of different generations and mediums. Nasty Brutish & Short is curated by Maddy Low and Myra Su, hosted by Noah Ginex Puppet Company and funded in part by the Puppet Slam Network. Experience the tasty selection of the raucous, raunchy, dark, sassy, sad, and hilarious, expressed through the eyes of puppets.

Rough House creates theater that captures the heart through the eye. They connect individuals and communities, celebrating the weird things that make us unique and the weirder things that bring us together. Their shows use puppetry, music, and human performance to tell stories that are intimate, strange, and sincere.
