In this evening length performance, NDE invites the audience to join us in exploring themes of personal growth, emotional release, and self-empowerment. The dancers confront moments of conflict, yearning, and resolution; ultimately resolving the tension between past burdens and finding liberation in embracing one's true self. "Without Regret" emphasizes the importance of not letting the opinions of others define your path. Highlighting moments of inner strength as the dancers shed the weight of outside expectations, they suggest that true empowerment lies in accepting and loving yourself unconditionally. Celebrating the transformative power of acceptance and renewal, NDE creates an experience that encourages the audience to reflect on their own journey of self-love and to have the courage to live authentically.
