Managing the multiple demands of life, art and work can be a perpetual struggle for professionals in the performing arts and entertainment industry. During the COVID-19 pandemic, it can be even harder. In this workshop we help you assess and define your needs, understand how you're spending your time and energy, and how you can find balance during these unusual times.

LOCATION: Via Zoom, an online video conferencing system that we will be using for class. You will need a device with internet connectivity to participate (a headset or earphones with a mic are recommended, though not required). To access the link to the meeting please register via EventBrite.
PREREQUISITE: The Career Center Orientation | Weekly Monday Afternoons & Monthly Monday Evenings
