On Saturday, July 26th from 1 to 2 PM, join us at the Southport Brown Low-Line in Chicago for a special day of DANCE!

“Raqs” means dance in Arabic, and a “Hafla” is a community gathering. Raqs Hafla: Bellydance & Beyond, presented by Phaedra Darwish with support from SSA 27, is an hour-long show that is totally FREE for the whole family and will feature dances from all over the world.

You will see dances from Egypt, India, Ireland, Italy, Spain, India, and Mexico, featuring some of Chicago’s finest talent and ending in a dance party for ALL. Don’t miss it!
