Fill your day with creativity. Strengthen your body with PBT, Improve your technique in class, and use those tools to create a new dance with our amazing faculty! Show these dances to family and friends at the end of the intensive in our black box theater.

For levels II and above (Intermediate/Advanced)

Get your body and mind ready for the school year to come.  Classical and Contemporary technique, Lectures on nutrition and injury avoidance, body awareness and stress relief through meditative practice. Get ready to succeed in the next school year.
