Join Nejla Yatkin for a joyful Summer Solstice Dance Workshop that invites you to celebrate the height of light, energy, and life. As we honor the longest day of the year, this workshop will explore themes of expansion, radiance, and the vibrant rhythms of nature. Through embodied movement and dance, we’ll align with the sun’s peak energy to awaken our inner fire, celebrate growth, and open to the abundance of the season.
Participants will be guided through flowing, expansive movements inspired by nature’s summer patterns—spirals, waves, and upward-reaching forms—culminating in a meditative dance that honors the light within and around us. Open to all levels, this workshop offers a space to move with joy, set intentions under the bright solstice sun, and reconnect with the cycles of nature and spirit.
