Hubbard Street’s Education and Community Programs create environments in which everyone dances. The organization’s Adaptive Dance Programs focus on their participants’ strengths – on their talents and potential, as they learn to see themselves as dancers and choreographers. The Autism Project’s curriculum, developed collaboratively with the Resource Center for Developmental Delays at the University of Illinois at Chicago, uses dance-specific visual supports to ensure success for all students.
