In this exciting world premiere, Chicago composer Christopher Preissing brings together pianist David Kalhous and enidsmithdance for "The Four Attic Windows", a concert of works for solo piano, dance, and projections based on a series of four mysterious historic maps left to the composer by his uncle. Pianist David Kalhous returns to Chicago to bring the music to life at the beautiful new PianoForte Studios in the South Loop. In addition to "The Four Attic Windows", David will perform William Brooks', "The Walk to the Tarn", among other works. The original choreography, by Enid Smith, will be performed by Enid, Melissa Sanchez, and Alex Powers.
