Khecari's "Orders from the Horse" explores the use of surrender in improvisation and features the dancing of Khecari's Artistic Directors Julia Antonick and Jonathan Meyer, sound by Joe St.Charles and lighting design by Rachel Levy. An early version was shown at Links Hall in 2014 and was described by The Chicago Tribune as "dynamic, honest, utterly assured…danced with complete freedom and comfort" and is also currently one of six projects being considered for the Kevin Spacey Foundation Artists of Choice Award in the U.S. This work is currently in an elongated process of creation and development and has a projected final performance in early 2016 with work-in-progress performances along the way throughout 2015.

This works in progress event will be 45 minutes of performance with a reception and discussion following the showing.
