J. Hitchens Design founder, Jeffrey Hitchens, is a multi-talented visual storyteller with nearly two decades of experience supporting arts and cultural organizations. His portfolio includes work with See Chicago Dance, Deeply Rooted Dance Theater, the Poetry Foundation, the International Association of Blacks in Dance, and the Ruth Page Center for the Arts, among others. With a deep understanding of the arts landscape, Jeffrey brings both creative vision and strategic insight to every project.
J. Hitchens Design has offered the following package exclusively to See Chicago Dance Members at a generously reduced rate:
GRAPHIC ESSENTIALS PACKAGE:
The Graphic Essentials Package equips members with essential assets to support their marketing and communications strategy and enhance their visual storytelling.
The package includes any combination of the following, up to 5 deliverables:
- Social Media Graphics (Story/Post slides – static only)
- Web Page/Event Page graphic

The Member is responsible for providing images, logos, and any other design elements needed to be incorporated in the design.
J. Hitches Design will conduct a discovery meeting to better understand your needs before beginning work on your materials.

Please see service rates below:
- Tier 1: $325
SCD Members: Individual Artists and orgs with operating budgets under $50K
- Tier 2: $375
SCD Members with operating budgets between $51K–500K
- Tier 3: $450
SCD Members with operating budgets over $501K
- Service Add-on: $200 per service
SERVICE ADD-ONS:
The following add-ons are available at an additional fee of $200 per service.
- Social Media Reel Editing (up to 30 seconds)
- Marketing Email Template Design (Delivered via Canva or Adobe Express for future use)
