ABOUT THE TEACHER: Haley Marcin
Haley joined The Seldoms in 2022. Her class aims to find more space and freedom in the joints while working towards greater range of motion and mobility. The material incorporates ideas and concepts from Safety Release Technique, originated by B.J. Sullivan. With Haley, you'll explore moving in and out of the floor with ease and efficiency, and through phrase work that plays with power, flow, suspension, fall, and lots of legs!
