Vinyasa yoga emphasizes moving together with the breath in a vigorous and creative sequence of poses that meet everyone right at their own level. Sun salutations, standing poses, and balances are a great way to build strength, stamina, and flexibility from wherever you are starting, as well as to center your attention. You can expect a good workout, a laugh with fellow practitioners, and a greater understanding of why you are doing what you are doing in yoga. The practice of the poses is linked with the chakras, breathing patterns, and the yogic journey itself to give additional resonance to the movement.
