The Assistant Academy Director manages the daily business operations of The Joffrey Academy of Dance, Official School of The Joffrey Ballet. The Assistant Academy Director is a team leader who oversees and implements strategic initiatives and communications, ensures compliance and streamlined processes, and monitors and reports on budget goals. This position supports and expands the partnerships and relationships developed by the Abbott Academy Director to better serve the dance and arts communities in Chicago and the international dance world.
