Tumble through space and fine tune your flow, spiraling from the floor and flying through the air. Balance lightness and simplicity with ravenous mind twisting combinations in a heady ride of sophisticated embodied movement. By the end of class you’ll have an advanced exploration of modern dance, including partner work, developmental movement patterns, work with planes and spirals, clear initiation in sequential movement, and the use of gravity in facilitating movement.
