Co-MISSION is a Links Hall initiative uniting Links direct-dollars-to-artists programs. Under the umbrella of Co-MISSIONS, Links Hall offers Intensives, Residencies, and Fellowships to support up to as many as 16 artistic projects annually. These programs incorporate a more flexible range of resources that are designed to meet the needs of artistic experimentation at different points in an artist’s career and/or a project’s development.
We are now accepting applications for:
Four emerging and established artists are awarded three-months of access to studio space to encourage the development of a project that they are in the process of researching. The Residency program offers a $200 monthly stipend, $20/hr to hire a collaborator, mentorship, a work-in-progress showing, and a split bill premiere of their new work at Links Hall in December 2020.
Two experienced Chicago performance makers are granted six months of rehearsal space to continue to develop their existing project. This program is designed to give the artists rehearsal space, marketing tools, professional mentorship, and lighting/technical support to premiere two weeks of fully produced performances. Additionally, they will receive a monthly stipend of $500, $20/hr to hire a collaborator, and share their developing vision in a works-in-progress showing.
Applications due May 5, 2020
