Taught by Master Artist Pranita Nayar of Mandala Arts, this Bharata Natyam workshop is a way for both professionals and amateurs to enjoy the systematic structure and components of this dance form. Students consistently work on form, stamina and strength. From basic steps (adavus) to simple phrases (jathis) and patterns (teermanams), the class prepares you for an intermediate level. Set up as a cardio workout, the classes work as a way to perfect technique or simply stay in touch with a dance form you love.
