Event Type
Workshop
Event Description

In this one hour workshop from 11:20-12:20 on Sunday, April 14th, come dressed in your jazziest 1940s attire. We will explore how to switch effortlessly between a peppy Jitterbug into a smooth, sophisticated Fox Trot in order to have greater possibilities when dancing to the music of the big band era. The technical and rhythmic changes will not only be good for your body, but for your brain as well. Come for an hour and leave with a solid knowledge of two popular, social ballroom styles. Soft soles or socks recommended; come with or without a partner! No prior experience needed.
