CDE Ensemble Auditions

We are intentionally seeking a cast of diverse races, ethnicities, sexual identities, gender identities, religious backgrounds and creeds to join our Ensemble for 19th performance season, ART + ACTIVISM. Ensemble members will be part of the last installment of a four part performance and art installation series discussing and celebrating Immigration and Refugee asylum within Chicago.

 

Please come prepared to move and groove in a company class setting. We will start with warm up and across the floor exercises, followed by devising prompts and ensemble repertory.

 

-Strong background in theatre and dance

-Experienced and comfortable with devising

-Available for all rehearsals, tech week, and performances

-Easy to work with and collaborative attitudes
