Event Description
Chicago Repertory Ballet presents a program of new works, including a season premiere, “Immortal Beloved” by choreographer Mariana Oliveira, with music by Beethoven, honoring the 250th anniversary of his birth. There will also be a premiere of a piece by Artistic Director Wade Schaff, as well as audience favorite “Anderson Suite,” dances set to the playful orchestral pieces of Leroy Anderson. The works blend the virtuosity of classical movement with the ideas and innovations of 20th century modern dance. The program is appropriate for all ages.
