The word community is often defined as the feeling of fellowship you have when sharing things in common with others. That is the idea behind this show as well. For Community, we will be bringing creative movers from all aspects of Chicago's very diverse dance scene together for a night of learning, expression, joy, and connection with each other. Community will be a multidisciplinary show held in Szold Hall that will feature everything from comedy, to hip hop, to modern dance. Join us Saturday November 4th at 7:30pm to celebrate Chicago dance and our part of this vibrant scene.

Old Town School of Folk Music has a decades long history of dance going hand in hand with music as we have offered classes, concerts, and outreach programs across many disciplines throughout the Chicagoland area.
