Contemporary Movement Practice – Suspend, Release, Fall, Recover is a fusion of modern, (Graham, Horton) and ballet techniques to discover oppositional energies, weight transfer, off-balance to recovery, and floorwork. Work with specifics in articulation and find movement originating from the skeletal frame.
