As one of the traditional skills Japanese people have is sensing what others are feeling/thinking. Then, they try to make the best choice for the next move. In this workshop, Ayako will share her practice as a dancer, choreographer, and improviser for you to heighten the physical and mental sensitivity and awareness to move in space more openly and freely. It is getting very important for contemporary humans to understand the intangible. This workshop will offer you the revived, centered and grounded self not only to dance but also to live your daily life by realizing both non-control (emptiness of self) and control (fulfillment of self).
